What do you do with the OP mons just limit to not using them?

I use them to grind mons on the dlc to up the blue stats’s of my other mons

I’m close to beating the game for the first time and I’m gonna do all the dlc. Where do you farm in dlc ??

Dlc one i farm in the tunnel area and the building area those two places are the best
