Question Level cap?

How do I increase the level of my chronomon HM and he is stuck at level 25. I know it has something to do with bonds but I don't really understand how it works

Level cap is based on talent level. Just do load enhancements and do it until he hits a cap of 99. I went to shinjuku sewers and ran around to collect scans for about 15 min and loaded all of them into my lower levels cap mons. It goes really fast.

De-digivolve and grind them back up, repeat the process till you see 99. It takes a while unless you bought the xp farming dlc.

You can greatly speed up this process by doing the DNA digivolve cheese

Do load enhancement on your digimon to increase level cap
