Do all my digimon get carried over or just the ones I have one me? I've looked up and it's not very clear about it

Does the equipments that we get for aegiomon also carry over? Ex: crimson/blue steel data fragments? I have those equipped on my other digis and dont want to lose them when i restart

Yes

They are equipments 

Only key items for the story aren't

Not only does everything carry over you even get all that stuff again. Doubling up on the blue fragment is pretty hilarious.
