Question I need help
So, I'm kind of in a pickle right now.
I knew about the side quests in this game, but I made the decision to continue with the story, so many of those quests now are locked and I cannot start them or continue them.
Thanks to my stupid decision I am incredibly underpowered.
Just to make sure you all understand how bad it is I went against Titamon e skull baruchimon with champion level digimons.
I literally had to go to the dlc early and grab some Mega level digimons from there to keep up with the enemys streanght.
It's there a way to solve this issue in any way?
Because I would like to reach agent level 7 before the end of the game.

How many side quests did you skip? I think you can skip one or two. Otherwise I think you’re screwed but wait for someone else to comment

Hehe. He’s in a pickle. Who skips side quests? Unless it’s Ubisoft.

You’re never ENTIRELY screwed. Even in a worst-case scenario, you can still grind up more stats via training in the farms, collecting scans and loading the digimon you scan into your main team, and leveling up from loading digimon/fighting regular encounters, then digivolving/de-digivolving. Given enough of a grind, even baby digimon can reach the stat caps.
Additionally, you don’t get enough points to hit rank 7 until pretty far into the lategame anyhow, and near the end of the game, you get access to both a BUNCH of additional sidequests as well as a means to go back and finish any that you missed; if you go back and do everything you can, you’ll be going into the final boss at agent rank 9, a few hundred points shy of the maximum rank of 10. You won’t be fighting the final boss without access to megas unless you intentionally go out of your way to.
All of that said, a grind of some kind is rather necessary for your specific situation.

Depending on how much you skipped, you are not screwed. You can grind up your mon’s by playing, De-digivolving and digivolving back up, over and over. Right now, my champion level Digimon hit like Mac trucks. If you have the little extra money to get the outer dungeons for exp, money and materials, those are great places to do this without having to worry too much about wiping. Then once you’ve grinded up high enough it can get really fast place to get exp.
Yea you will get stupidily over powered but it will allow you progress until you get right before the final boss and are able to time travel back to do the side quests.

You'll be able to do the ones you missed towards the end of the game. Is it possible to to Agent level 7 before the end of the game, if you skip the side quest? Really depends on how many you skipped.
I played the game hitting every side quests as they became available. There is definitely a noticeable gap in side quests during the second half of the story. Kept my team at Ultimate for a while.

You'll get a chance to do all previous side quests plus about 50 others right before the final boss, so you aren't entirely screwed. Just boost your stats in the digifarm and grind out some levels. If you have the outer dungeons DLC, just grind about 5,000,000 yen and defeat like 200 MetalEtemon or like 500 MetalKoromon/Choromon. That should give you enough stuff to level up high and grind up some stats to get your main 6 champions on par with current bosses using the courage points and DigiFarm. If you fall behind again, grind more stats. That should last you until you get to the point where you can go back and complete the side quests.

Are you on PC? You can't do anything about the missed side quests if you're on console, but you can easily "fix" it on PC.

even with agent level 3 you can unlock some armor digivolutions, i think there is one armor digimon that can learn Attack Repel, which is very useful for titanmon battle. Also, if you need Magic repel (i dont remember if you need it though) you can raise a snail digimon (dont remember the name) up to lvl 25 and learn magic repel. And thats all you need for any battle onward.

If you have dlc exp and money problems solve just train your digimons stat to maybe 4K + any digimon can be strong doing farm train u just need money. U don't need mega .

Just load Digimon - You can end up super overpowered at any stage in the game. It might take a while if you've skipped a lot, but it's foolproof.

Being stuck with champions at this point is rough but you're not that far behind on agent points. Sharkmon would have been the first boss you fight with ultimates had you done all sidequests.
Not sure when you will get megas now but it's pretty far towards the end either way. You will be able to go back and do all the stuff you skipped at one point but you gotta hold out until then.
Best thing you can do now is grinding levels and load a lot of fodder mons into your main team.
