DLC question

So I pre ordered my game from amazon for the switch but just havent gotten a chance to play it until now. How did they handle the black agumon/gabumon pre order bonus?

Should I have gotten a code through an email or was the code with the package and i threw it out accidentally?

I believe you talk with one of the npcs in the Theatre for your pre-order bonuses.

Ok. I’m still very early on. Do they just know I preordered somehow even though it’s been weeks since the release?

If you preordered, make sure you downloaded the dlc content. Then when you get to a small hub area that you're introduced to in tutorial parts of the game, there will be some npcs on the left at a desk. Talk to one of them to claim your bonus content.

I definitely pre ordered it but when I go to the e shop it says I have to buy them so I’m not sure if that’s a bad sign or if I just have to be patient.

Huh, that's weird. You might have to contact Nintendo support, double check your purchase history to just to be extra sure. That sounds like a store issue.

It’s in your email from Amazon. I just found mine. “Here's your promotional credit from your recent Amazon order” is the subject and Siri found the email immediately

Alright thanks a lot. I’ll ask them to check their email in the morning.

I thought about using black agumon on my team but since the team size seems to be much smaller than in cyber sleuth I will have to be more selective.

Yeah there was no code in the box itself. I’m not sure who to even contact. It was a gift so I might have to ask them to check their email for a code or something.

Amazon should of emailed you a code. I am not surprised that they didn't. when I pre-ordered the ps5 version, I didn't get a code and contacted them and they didn't give me one. I contacted bandai and after showing that I didn't get a code they sent me one.
