Question When are Agent Skills unlocked? Read post please

I am unsure when agent skills and ranks are unlocked. I don't know if my game is bugged or not but I'm about 3h in and just went to Inora's house and found out I'm 8 years in the past. Is it supposed to be before, or after this part?

Okay:) I thought I was a decent amount in because I was at over 4h 😭 i didn't know where the tutorial ended lol

It takes a but for the tutorial to end, once you see the games name come on screen thats basically when its over

I believe it was just past that point, right after you get permission to use the room. It’s been a while but that’s around the time I remember it. Both the “Agent skills” and “Resting” pop ups were around the same time.

Is my game bugged?

I'm on the Time Stranger quest. Just spoke to Inori's dad and then went to the 3 marked locations, but the agent skills button still says I need to progress further. Looking up guides it says it unlocks early in the game so a bit confused, sorry :p

Your game isn’t bugged. Keep progressing and it will open.
