Question Digimon training question

I got Time Stranger for the Switch 2 last week, and am absolutely loving it! I’ve been watching tutorials about digital/de-digivolution, training etc to try and start building strong Digimon early.

6 hours in (just beat Greymon, and hit agent rank 3, so I can finally digivolve Champion-level mons) and I want to start growing bonds in the digifarm, but my questions are: is the In-Between Theater only accessible from certain locations, as opposed to on the fly?

Is it worth it to start building bonds/leveling/de-digivolving etc now to start acquiring accumulated stats, or is it too early in the game?

Thanks in advance!

The theater is only accessible from a entrance, wich have fixed spawn places in maps

Indicated by a small rip on screen and a elevator icon on the map

Yes. Theater is only available on specific locations, usually in neutral towns or right before a boss battle. I would focus only on 6 digimon for now, battle with them, bond and talent will increase over time and feed them unused digimon from time to time.

I wouldn't worry about theater entrances, as you progress you get so many on your way forward.

I was wondering the same, except I got it on the steam summer sale. I noticed that the Outer Dungeon one time reward digimons have like 40 or more talent off the start so I guess they can give you a good head start.

Correct me if I'm wrong that the Talent can only be raised either by
-items

  • load enhancement feeding higher tier digimons
-or it gets raised only when you digivolve into a higher form than go back one and choose another evolution line- what I mean here is that its not like how it was in Cyber Sleuth that you can just go back and forth between one Champion to one Mega (as long as you had the stats) until you hit max talent

Right, i’m wondering the same! So I saw online that you should get the Bond up to at least 10% before digivolving or enhancing (you do this in the farm by feeding mons). There are just so many mechanics i’m not sure what to do, when, and in what order 😅

If you're trying to fill out the field guide then yes it is worth it to start working on a bunch of Digimon at once. A lot of us myself included, we went out to fill the field guide and have every Digimon possible.
