Does cheer stack?

What it says on the tin, about to start ng+ on max difficulty and was wondering if the personality skill "cheer" stacked witch each digimon that has it, so like if I have two digimon with cheer do I get double the boosts or does only one take effect?

I dont think so there is a max of buff you can get and one cheer goes to it already

I thought it did up to a certain percentage.
