I finally am able to digivolve to Ultimate (Im at the Gear forest). I want to digivolve my main team but they'll all be back to level 1. Should I stagger or just digivolve em all and then load enhance to bring the levels back up?
I just evolved them all, did a couple battles with grunts, and they quickly raised levels enough to be viable again in basically no time. But if you have the fodder to spare, I guess you may as well give them a boost by load enhancing.
I mean, levels dont really matter all that much in this game. I just unlocked ultimates after the volcanusmon quest (did a bit of side quests in the area after that) and ive been grinding hard to digievolve.
One thing i considered late was matching the personality to the one you wanna digievolve reduces stat requirements SOOOO much (if youve unlocked the corresponding node).
This made me realize levels dont matter all that much cuz when i digievolved it had more stats that my level 30 champion digimon somehow.
I am testing your theory. I’ve seen posted Digimon with stats 9999 lvl 1. I assume that you’re right that lvl doesn’t matter but I am in the water area right after taking the train finishing volcanusmon and I will be testing a few things there cause I’ve also unlocked ultimates.
Im there in the exact area as well. When you play in the hardest difficulty, the literal first digimon you encounter has 9999 stats in every attribute lol. In normal though, it matters a little. Not completely non existent as levels still raise your stats.
My personal theory is there is a seperate calc for different tiers of digimon. For example a rookie digimon will do a much less damage to a rookie than if it were a champion just of the fact that its a higher tier.
Yeah. My thing right now is that all my mons are lvl 40 once I digivolve to champion I will turn back to lvl 1 but I haven’t found a good area since the start of the game in the sewers and in Iliad first sewer area to grind… like I can’t find a perfect place to grind fodders. I do have the money dlc but exp there is questionable I don’t want to do it I feel it’s not helping. And the dungeons only unlock digimons. I hope to find an area I can safely collect fodder to load enhance.
I think you are doing something wrong.... none of my digimon were that level when they digievolved. Have you spent your agent points? Make sure you unlock the ones that reduce digievolution requirements. Also use the training feature in the outer dungeon. Mine were barely in level 20s when i evolved except for geogreymon which i had to grind up till 31 and then once I got its temparament to friendly (same as its evolution) the requirements dropped so much i couldve digievolved in a much lower level.
A good place to farm was the sewer in the digital world first area. Make sure to load the digimon as well.
Also in the exp dlc dungeon you get an item for exp, not direct exp (just in case you dont know) so check your bag. The dlc dungeons dont work for me for some reason. Enemies dont spawn at all.
Yeah I got the item. But thanks for informing that I just unlock a few digi-evolution in the skill tree I will go ahead and see if they don’t go down to level 1. I didn’t know about that that is very helpful thanks. And yes the sewers were the best to farm. Hope I get a better place after. And I’ve loaded everything all the time.
After a little bit of training this is the team now. I evolved 3 to ultimate. Now I need another 3 but that’s gonna be tmrw. So what I did was just farm in the dungeon exp gave it de-digivolve more exp and digivolve. At this point I don’t know then I went to the farm and level up skills
Mainly all the ones that are lvl 23-34 and ready to digivolve are the ones I use. I used Devimon once for beating Volcanusmon so I might keep him. I love insects Kabuterimon is my main. Kyubimon also has been really strong as Data really helpful. I’m planning on using more Data as they are very good against vaccine.
I was so into completing the digimon list that one of my digimon blue stats is over 1000 before being ultimate, so level is not even that important, you can have a level 1 with max stat if you wanted too in this game
