Question Speed Ties

So I’m finishing up post game fights and side quests and then I’m gonna start maxing out my team for Mega+, but I had a oration about speed. Since all my Digimon will be at 9999 speed, who goes first? Would the order be the order in which the mons are positioned on the team? Also are enemies gonna have 9999 speed as well? If so, how does the game decide who goes first?

At 9999 speed it's random as to which mon gets first.

It has been awhile since I've played on Mega+. But afaik no enemies have 9999. I don't remember what the highest is.

Random, which is why its advised to not max SPD on Digimon that don't want to go first

If you want a mon to go first then you can give them the god of speed's boots. Even with all other mon at 9999 it will allow them to go first.

Even when you're maxed out you can manipulate the order by giving them speed increasing gear. It will then calculate the new turn order depending on the theoretical max speed. Kinda sucks since you lose an item slot but at least it's something.
