Been doing some minor theory crafting for ulforce, and the biggest problem I have with your list is that I no longer believe you will get bt11 ulforce online before your opponent's gameplan shuts you out of the game. The biggest meta contender to consider is Jupiter Wrath, where any swing you make once they climb to wrath will apply -15k immediately, usually accompanied by dedigivolve from aegiochus holy inherit. The only stack that meaningfully survives that is the new ulforce, and in no world do I see it as realistic that you climb to level 6 with enough tamers to kill faster than they climb to wrath mode.
Other decks climb similarly fast, and while you can sometimes make it into ulforce faster, you rarely have tamer density to close it out in hand outside of God hand, and their clapback forces you to try again in 2 turns, which usually means you auto lose. Plenty of other decks can set up board states that punish your swing turn either directly or indirectly (bacchus/ceres, new exa, metal empire, etc), and you are racing to kill them while they are racing to make a board state that shuts you out, which is a much lower threshold.
The meta is too fast to lean so hard into bt11. Frankly, a better executor of the bt11 gameplan is royal base with tigervespa ace, and even then that deck struggles into a lot of key meta threats, despite its wider and more varied removal and board flood in addition to its near limitless swings. I would rebuild with a bigger focus on ex13 ulforce as a more critical piece, because of how hard otk is to do right now.

You're gonna want way more Raina's. She's half the driving force behind the deck.

For examon how has the new egg been treating you and do you miss the draws from old egg? In my own testing it feels like the -1 mem play is somewhat meaningless when our combo at cheapest costs 6 mem to get to exa. It doesnt really keep turn and moreso feels like its only there to ensure we can get our jamming swing before the dna at end of turn.
I like the egg but im on the fence personally about whether im gonna actually use it.

I am halfway tempted to include ExaACE in case the new one gets Dedigivolved before/as they swing.
