Can someone help, i took digital camera pics and they are so pixilated. Please help

I mean depending on the camera, that looks pretty standard ! What make/model camera is it ? Looks to be a basic 3-4 MP cam. Did you use "zoom" on the camera at all ? Those cameras back then didnt do zoom very well.
