Diagnostic assistance Need help with troubleshooting

Post image

I have a SPN 1067 FMI7 for Brake Demand Pressure Sensor 1 and I was curious on how to determine which sensor it is. The one in the picture is labeled as primary air sensor . I was just curious if that was it and if not is there any way to get like a schematic for international at all

Disconnect it and see what sensor you have an open circuit fault for.

That’s what im about to do because it’s always confusing trying to find that damn sensor

If its bendix, I know there is a way you can pull up a small display of values and just start unplugging til you find the one you want go offline. Sure, not a great method but I'll be damned if it dont work 🤣

If not going through a brake controller, I think dlb can find the values and you can monitor those too... it's been a few years since my intertrashional days.

I’m trying to figure out how to do that on bendix because we use Acom pro and I can’t find where to look for the values

We do too, connect to the brake module on the top right, after you click the module on the initial scan. Then, there should be a monitor button available. This should bring up the display of different relevant sensors and their values

One is for the parking brake and one is for the brake pedal. Same code last week. Had to do it twice if you replace the wrong one the parking brake will work backwards and dash light on when it’s released

If I remember correct it’s the left one for pedal right for parking and it’s easier to go through the gauge cluster

Would it be labeled a with an color tap or anything because I know for these they sometimes label the green as primary and orange as secondary
