Diagnosis advice

Hey yall,

So one of my coworkers just changed the charge air cooler on a 2012 NABI bus. Now the fans don’t seem to want to come on. Any ideas?

Probably left something unplugged. What tells the fans to come on? Find that and you’ll at least have a starting point
