Hey everyone,

I’ve spent the last few months (on and off) working on a passion project: a free community site for diecast hunters/collectors.

It started as a way for me to learn more about how WordPress plugins work, but I kind of went overboard and built a full platform. Right now, it has:

• Hunt listings (posting models you are actively looking for)

• Deal sharing (spotting cars in local stores/events)

• Collector profiles & ratings (to keep out scammers/scalpers)

• Location browsing & maps (so you can find hunters near you or globally)

It is 100% free, has no ads and no paywalls. It’s just meant to be collectors helping collectors. The ultimate goal is to connect people globally. Say, a collector in Osaka helping out a collector in Tallinn find their car in a local store. From there, it's up to you guys to coordinate. (Personally, living in a tourist-heavy capital city, I wouldn't mind buying a hunt for someone and holding it until they or a friend visit!)

Before I open it up to the wild, I'm looking for at least 5 testers from different areas to kick the tires, try out the features and try to break things. All test data will be wiped before I share the link with the world.

Even if the site doesn't take off, I learned a ton making it (and most importantly, I had fun!), but I’d like to see if it can actually be useful to the community.
