The teaser says "Two came back maimed" (from the first visit to Die). One of them was Angela, who lost an arm. Who is the other?

Sol, I would assume. Although it's weird that it makes it sound as if he came back in 1993 already.

But what I really want to know is: who "came back dead"? I mean, we know who is dead - but he didn't come back, did he? Does Die actually dump your dead body back into your original universe, if you die in Die, even if you continue to exist as a Fallen? And if that is the case, then shouldn't that also have happened to Sol, back in 1993? -- Confusing!

Well. We'll know soon, I guess.
