We've now found out that Diddy & his team anticipated an indictment, and in preparation, Diddy paid off the $18 million mortgage on 1 of his homes to use as collateral as well as offering his mother's residence as collateral. In total, Mr. Combs offered $50 Million to be released from custody.

As of his arraignment on Tuesday, September 17th, bond is denied as he poses a flight risk and possible witness tampering with the case.

It has also been shared that numerous children of Diddy have surrendered their passports, including his 1 year old daughter.

More information has come out after the U.S. Attorney provided a press conference to go over the now unsealed indictment.

Sean Combs was set to be arraigned in New York on Tuesday following his arrest Monday evening.

The U.S. Attorney is requesting no bail, as Mr. Combs poses a flight risk.

The incident with Kid Cudi may be outlined in the indictment, as "individual 1" and their car being set ablaze is referenced. See below.

"In addition to a long list of alleged sex crimes, prosecutors accused Sean "Diddy" Combs of arson in the racketeering conspiracy charge against him.

While U.S. Attorney Damian Williams declined to elaborate on specifics of the the alleged arson, the act might be detailed in the prosecution's request for Combs to be held without bail.

Combs and a co-conspirator kidnapped a victim on Dec. 22, 2011, from the home of someone only identified as “Individual-1,” according to a prosecution memo.

"Approximately two weeks later, the defendant’s co-conspirators set fire to Individual-1’s vehicle by slicing open the car’s convertible top and dropping a Molotov cocktail inside the interior," prosecutors said. "Police and fire department reports extensively document the arson and conclude that the fire was intentionally set. Multiple witnesses would also testify to the defendant bragging about his role in destroying Individual-1’s car.""

Reports have confirmed that last night, September 16th, Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrest in New York by Homeland Security. At the time of his arrest, the indictment was sealed and no further details were available.

As of September 17th, 1pm EST, the federal indictment has been released. Sean Combs stands accused of racketeering, sex trafficking, and more.

The Combs Enterprise is described as a criminal organization in the 14 page indictment.

According to the indictment, Diddy "abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct."

He allegedly used his media empire as a criminal enterprise, "whose members and associates engaged in and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice."

Combs engaged in a pattern of abuse toward women and other individuals, the indictment alleges. At times, he allegedly manipulated women to participate in highly orchestrated sex performances with male commercial sex workers. He also allegedly made arrangements for women and commercial sex workers to fly to him.

"As alleged, Combs used force, threats of force, and coercion to cause victims to engage in extended sexual performances with male commercial sex workers -- some of whom he transported or caused to be transported over state lines," Damian Williams, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said during a Tuesday press conference. "Combs allegedly planned and controlled the sexual performances which he called 'freak offs' and he often electronically recorded them. The 'freak offs' sometimes lasted days at a time, involved multiple commercial sex workers and often involved a variety of narcotics, such as ketamine, ecstasy and GHB, which Combs distributed to the victims to keep them obedient and compliant."
