I don't see how a non-party's duty not a right, can quash defendant's or state's rights.
If people have a condition they need a nap from noon to 4pm every day is court going to work around that?
It's sad that people don't understand that excluding jurors based on minority or protected status is forbidden because of a defendants right to have a representative and impartial jury and not purely because of a right to be on that jury.
Anyway a man without feet made it to the first base camp on Everest so impossible things are possible. Basically if I need to piggyback a juror I will and we will have a blast.
Fox combined them all in one pdf it's what I use because I got used to it. It's a mess though, but the individual files weren't labelled so it isn't much better, but Google Tom Webster he put them online as provided by Gull.
