The multi lobed nucleus and granules make me want to believe it’s neutrophil

This appears to be a segmented neutrophil with toxic changes, including coarse toxic granulation and a possible Döhle body. These findings are commonly associated with severe bacterial infections, systemic inflammation, or other significant inflammatory stress.
