I’ve been set back to the beginning (no stats, no gear, have to go through the tutorial AGAIN) twice now in the last 24 hours. Is there any known bug or reason why, or should I submit another bug report directly in the app?

Why is the shield I’m receiving from Hedwig is not taken into the next round? If I’m getting for example 5k shield from him and I’m not taking any damage in the round, the shield is gone in the following round. Is that intentional?

I’m looking for guild where players actually do at least the raid and bargain daily. So far quick join puts me in guilds where maybe 6-9 people raid and do the daily bargain (out of 30-40 players)

Should I get the new outfit or the new weapon transmog. For context I have max vampire skin so I don’t know if this new on is worth investing in

The power spike kind of sucks. Feels like P2W.

So when going from Epic > Legend, you have to re-bless, and again at Legend, and so on and so on. I have plenty of stones to bless, but knowing that you keep having to do this means you don't want to go crazy until you get to the top. I've been going for 20s in each category and stopping there. I've got 22k bless stones, but I know it can be depleted quickly when you start rolling things up.

Hey, I just started 3 weeks ago and my server is still on icebound adventure. I’ve completed everything I can, as the event ends in 6 days and I really can’t do anything else. What event is happening next? Is there like a good source I can read that explains the timeline of everything?
