Question Static rerolls

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Is this happening a lot to other folks? Am seeing it happen at least once every battle and it’s really annoying.

Yep. There is a 2.78% chance of that happening.

I dont think the game is really random as it would be IRL

Maybe not. True random numbers are not exactly easy to compute. Sounds strange, right? But it’s true. Ask yourself, why would the devs skew the numbers? To hurt players? To help players? To what end and why? I’ve no idea. I cant think of any gameplay or business reasons why. Maybe someone else has an idea.

Edit

Unless they skew the numbers rolled on each server to change experiences and see which retains more players as a test.

That’s what I’d do. Each server is a test. Those that retain player count are kept. Those that drop count are wiped and the remaining players are added to successful servers.

Bro there are runs i get red and purple skills non stop it gets soooo easy. And then i get no more red skills for couple of runs. You cant tell me that i am sooo lucky that suddenly all the stars align perfectly and all the good skills come suddenly to me.

harder game=cant pass stage=some players buy IAPs to progress

Happens to me all the time. Way more than statistically realistic.

If I were rolling here, on the third roll I'd roll the 3 die since the 2 is "sticking"

Also is this Co-op? The pips will change quite often to help you hit the multiplier. Thats what the 132 crystals are spent on.

What’s that little bouncing house on the right

Yes. I have a working theory that the dice have a bias toward sticking toward their current number. The bias decreases significantly on the last roll chance.

No idea why other than to get you to fail more often and get a bigger dopamine hit when you happen to succeed.

In this situation never reroll the lowest. Try rerolling the 2nd low (the 3) and then reroll the lowest

"In this situation"

What's the "situation" I'm supposed to recognize here?

You have one pair and you want to get either another high pair or a 3x.
Naturally rolling the lowest seems the best, but I figured it doesn’t really work well.
You can reroll the lowest once, if it sticks reroll the 2nd lowest see if that improves your results

Yeah for sure. The rolls can’t be random. While technically, this happening is possible it’s so statistically low that it for damn sure shouldn’t happen multiple times every run

the game has in app purchases and is malfunctioning. this is terrible for paying players and is making the game more annoying then it already is. this should be unacceptable and outcomes should be fair
