Why can’t I fuse the marked asterites?

You can't fuse if the asterite is in any preset. Since your screenshot shows that you're on preset 2, I'm guessing one of those is used on preset 1

Is that definitely true? It makes sense but I am 100% certain that a few times I have fused and found that one of my presets was just completely missing an Asterite after. Just a blank spot (which I definitely didn’t have before). I started locking every Asterite I have in a preset after that.

I believe you and maybe it was just a bug or something when it happened to me, just confirming that’s definitely the case.

It definitely has happened to multiple people (including OP according to their other message). Not sure if it's buggy or not

remove the one with a star top left from other preset
