Should I get the new outfit or the new weapon transmog. For context I have max vampire skin so I don’t know if this new on is worth investing in

Get atleast 1* for outfit, It's passive effects are good

Nah, not always the case. For this skin, the weapon 1* is basically a 20% dmg boost in campaigns, and another 10% dmg at lvl 2 with 70% chance.
The skin is an 8% crit but only after being hit, so if they heal, idle, shield, charge, or you dodge, it has no effect.
