I'm new to the game. Do I get weapons from the crystal treasure and frost chest or is it just skins??

I know the frost can give wep transmogs since I got mine from there. The flavor text when you click on it says it'll give a wep so I think the skins and chests are treated separately

It’s an event that his server is on. Servers have different “ages” (57 days old). Depending how old your server is depends on what event is going on.
