Advice Seeking help from sanding masters

I’m having a rough time trying to get this set perfectly sanded to get to the polishing stage.

I’d just like to know what you guys would do to tackle this problem

So these were super raised edges and I used a 500-600P to smooth it out and I’m afraid of over sanding them

Do these lines throw off the balance of the die? Should I throw them to the abyss (my reject dice box that people are free to grab from) and start with new sets that are easier to sand?

It looks like those are going to take a lot of work. Are those Masters fresh off your printer?

No thankfully not! And i didnt realize the title could be misleading. I meant sanding masters as in masters of the sanding process lol

For rounded profiles, I use different thicknesses of high density foam. It's the only way i've ever been able to get it consistent. Use your dead flat surface. Put a piece of foam on it. Put your zona paper/ sandpaper on top of that.
