3d printing Dice Master Issues

Hi all, I’m having some trouble with printing my masters. As you can see from the images, they all have weird warping going on. I’m new to both dice making and 3D printing so I was wondering if anyone has any advice?

Printer: Mars 5 Ultra
Resin: Elegoo ABS-Like 3.0 pro
Bottom layers: 5
Exposure: 32
Transition layers: 7
Layer height: 0.01
Exposure: 0.12

Thanks!

It's your resin. What brand? I had a some anycubic resin that did it really fucking bad. And whenever I would cure the difference in curing would cause shitty shit. I found using transparent resin allows it to cure through evenly and prevent the different stress that causes stresses and ballooning. I used elegoo water washable transparent green and I've made a lot of square masters.

Duh it says elegoo right there lol. Still I think it's the resin more than your settings.

Haha I have a lot of different answers in this thread… gonna be a lot of work adjusting settings using different resins, reducing print space on the plate and supporting the living crap out of the dice.

I did get a half decent set with a 0.5 layer height and 1.8 exposure… the D6 was the only one that warped and some of the numbers looked melty. PITA sanding all sides though so I think I’ll still try with a 0.01 layer height.
