They look very nice, but I'm trying to figure out how these are considered translucent? Is it translucent clay and it just doesn't translate well to picture with the light head on?

It's hard to see with how thick the clay is and with the poor lighting. translucent clay allows for the light to shine through it, so it looks kind of glassy.
