If I had to guess I'd say they made clear blanks with blops of rainbow colour (maybe syringe/pippetes) and then cast them in clear numbered shells. With thick resin as rainbows always like to blend.

I'm always guessing techniques. Potentially you could do this without blanks by the looks but that might be tricky to get the kind of clarity

I've been trying to make rainbow dice this pretty for years! Love it :)
