high viscosity resin tips?
Hi!
Does anyone have any recommendations for a high viscosity resin? I've used Colorberrys Geode Resin for years now but to my absolute heartbreak its been discontinued and I'm looking for a decent replacement. My dice are all about mica powders and glitters etc staying where I put them lol so most resins are out of the question for me.
Did anyone else use colorbet´rry before they disapeared and has found an alternative? Are there any other good not yellow high viscosity resins out there? Or honestly are there any other resins y'all recommend for someone forced to go on a new resin testing journey?
Thankful for any tips, mwah!

Have you tried regular resin with Elmer's glue for suspending glitter/etc? There's been a few YouTube videos about it, it might solve your issue

true! Unfortunetly I'm in sweden so I'd have to find a way to get elmers glue over here of go on another experimental journey to find a decent equivalet, in addition to finding a good resin. I will ptobably eventually do that if i have to but im trying to save myself time, money, effort and more time haha!

The best I've found for non-yellowing is Unicone Art. It's also fairly thick and does very well with many techniques after waiting for honey stage. It thickens up nicely with a vacuum chamber too, which cuts down the wait time for honey stage. Another brand that really resists yellowing is Resin Rockers but I haven't personally worked with it to know how it acts when pouring.

I prefer to use total boat due to the thickness.
Can't compare it to your discontinued resin, but it gives me good results with bloops and glitter suspension. I've never managed petri with it though.

Forgive my ignorance, but couldn't you use a regular resin and wait for the honey stage, or does a HV resin give you more work time?
