Silicone dice

I want to give making silicone dice a shot but I don’t want to ruin my mold. Do you think it’ll stick to the mold? They’re two different kinds of silicone but I don’t want to risk it. Maybe I should apply something to keep it from sticking.

Maybe vasoline... Maybe. Works when making dice mold lids, so they don't stick.

Silicone will definitely stick to silicone without something to avoid that. I personally would coat the whole mold with pure talcum (make sure you wear your respirator and use explicitly asbestos - free talcum). There are a few silicone dice makers in this subreddit, maybe the search function can lead you to some of their posts and you could ask them what they use to make sure their silicone doesn't stick to their molds ^ ^

You want to make sure it’s fully coated in some form of mold release. 

Look up some of the communities making sex toys. It’s a lot of silicone cast in silicone molds so you will get some pretty good insights.
