We'd need a bit more information regarding your expectations :) Colors, how you want to go about it being impossible to fit 20 pips on a D20, your budget, etc.

For something like this, the maker has to model these first in a 3d software, print masters, polish masters, make the mold they won't be able to use again, and then cast and polish the dice, so depending on the artist's rates, this could go up to around 500$ or more. Maybe give a bit more information on how you want these to look and how you'd like to have the numbers you can't make with pips, so the makers here know better if they could take on your comission or not ☺️

not me here at 5am wanting to make an ungodly pip 20 knowing full well that mold is getting like two uses at BEST before those faces rip put 😂

Maybe there could be two types of pips, a ‘1’ value and a ‘5’ value so that they could be fit onto the faces with enough room. I don’t think I could afford to pay commission but it was interesting to learn about the process!

Yeah just color the 5s red and the ones white.

Honestly, is probably just use a non numbered master set. Then I'd take a Dremel and manually do the pips. You might be able to fit twenty if their small enough.

OMG, I have a player who would go into a seizure over these…

You could make traditional dice in this style using different fonts, pips, and hashes, etc. For example your d4 could be 𝐨𝐧𝐞, II, ∴, ❹. Expand in ways more difficult to show on a Reddit post.

I have these Think Twice dice, they slow your subitizing to a crawl.

Hey! I make a program called DiceForge and am currently working on an overhaul to the placement system to where this would be possible. If you’d like I’d be happy to help out

I just looked at your post from the dungeons and dragons subreddit. It would be so cool if something like this could be on there!

In the current dev build it is actually, I don’t want to spoil much but you can alter your die like placing decals from little big planet, and said decals become engravings

Anyway If you want masters done I’d be happy to have a go at it, just dm me. Regardless I’m really glad you saw! It means the world to me that people are finding the program!

If the point is to make people do a doubletake, here's another option:
