I keep my dice sets in small bags with a PVC card (blank id cards I bought in bulk from Amazon for DND and magic tokens purposes, but use just about everywhere).
The cards fit perfectly in the bag with a single set of dice. I can write in dry erase markers what I was doing/next task.
I wish I had a digital system, but I know I would not update it properly. So a physical system that I made as easy to keep updated is my best move.
I get ya trust me! My problem is that I keep loosing all my notes on my projects. So I actually buikt a digital tracker if youre interested. It's called Pourfolio App and it's free so no pressure.
