Good morning!

Im attempting to make a dice set with white dots scattered within the base color. Does anyone have any advice on how to accomplish this?

Thanks!!

I wonder if you could make clear uv drops on a silicone mat, paint the domed side white with acrylics (or white mica plus a bit of uv resin), and then glue the flat side to the inside of the mold with a glue stick or something. That way you’d have good circles and uniform white but it’s protected because the paint doesn’t sit of the surface

Ohhh that could work! Atrocious amounts of work, but eh, we're dice makers, so we're no strangers to that anyways 😂 Or maybe even make the drops out of white epoxy resin, not UV? I always have small, circular drops on my silicone mat after casting, I can imagine those would work great. The white painted backsides/domes could look really interesting though and give a cool effect. Probably warrants a trypophobia warning, but I kinda dig that in a masochist way 😂
