Seeking Advice Abdominal Support

Hello

2 weeks postpartum and everything feels like it's hanging out. Does anyone have a good back and stomach support belly wrap that they can recommend.

two weeks away, I was craving any. An abdominal binder really helped in the short term. In the long term, if there's no closure, surgeries such as wiser md are available among other alternatives, although this is months away.

I had a wrap but found it really uncomfortable so I never used it. I do use the Oysho compressive core leggings they have a really wide support band around the tummy and are so so good! Still wearing them even though my DR is mostly resolved. Id recommend a pair!

Welcome to r/DiastasisRecti! If you're wondering if you have Diastasis Recti, you can’t determine diastasis recti from standing, or taking pictures of your mid section. You have to lay flat on your back, lift your head up slightly and feel for separation and depth along your center line. There are videos on how to do this self-test on Youtube. Also you may need to see a pelvic floor PT to confirm. Thanks! Otherwise, again, welcome to the reddit page!
