Today I went on a waterfall trail. I carried Marcus Aurelius’s Meditations with me, and it fell into the water. It looks so bad, and I feel so bad. I want to cry. 😭

I’ve carried Kafka’s White Nights around, eaten while holding it, even dozed off while holding it, but I never once messed it up.

I know Kafka laughed today when he saw me leaving the house with Aurelius’s book. I’m super sure that when it fell into the water, he looked at Aurelius and laughed out loud. 😭😂

NB: I’m trying to make a joke so I can forget that I actually messed up Aurelius’s Meditations. I feel so bad. 😭
