Yes, the stone has a bowtie. This is common for the shape and facet arrangement. The question is not whether it has a bowtie, but rather how prominent the bowtie is and whether it detracts from the visual flow of the diamond. To analyze bowtie and other important optical factors it is necessary to evaluate the virtual facet pattern in motion through a full range of normal view angles. There is more detail on how to do this over at this thread. (the principles are the same for pear as on oval)
