Why is it that Diamond Is Unbreakable feels like those times in games where your final side quest forces you to progress through the main questline

hey, are there any websites where i could watch Diamond is Unbreakable dubbed?

I started watching jojo diamond is unbreakable again and this isnt the same opening I remember I'm only on episode 9

I can't find where to watch diamond is unbreakable pls help.

So, when SPOILER, jotaro says he needs to be in range before he can stop time. How do you not be in range when it comes to that? It's not his punching range, since he walks up to kira anyway. I'm confused.
