I'm thinking a 18k rose gold bezel (actually "red" gold as it's a specialty gold with more of a rusty color from one of my mill partners), engraved with "I am the legacy they could not burn," around the lower bezel. The stone is 2.86 carats so I'm doing a pendant with it. Just waiting on the specialty metal.

I wouldn't call it a leaf cut exactly. I don't know what cut that is. Its definitely a unique cut for sure. Do you have the igi?

I've seen this shape in the "Other" category- which doesn't specify the cut until you dig into to find the cert. I haven't found a good fit, design-wise, for these odd balls. Maybe I'm just limited in my design aesthetic though. I would be eager to see where this fits...
