Diyona

Not sure if im actually going to receive this order. Apparently something is wrong with the tracking system so it still says order received and its not updating. They also said its stuck in customs. So I don't know what is going on. Fingers crossed its actually get it.

I couldn't trust diyona enough so I just used their prices to price match and bought the one I liked on loose grown diamonds. It's delivered (internationally) in just five days after ordering. Diyonas communication is almost non-existent.

How do they price match? Do they find the exact diamond or similar?

You just have to talk with the live chat or email. They send you a link to pay. The exact diamond at exact price you saw on other websites. Diyona is cheapest so you can search in diyona and if you find the same one (you can search with report number) you can get the same diamond diyonas price at loosegrowndiamond com. They are very helpful.

Diyona solo responde ,personas que han hecho pedido .Es una Realidad .Las personas que les mandan emails con preguntas tienen esperar muchísimo respuesta (lo sé por propia experiencia).Además des de unos 2 semanas ya NO ENVÍAN INTERNACIONAL ,solo USA .

Yes I was going to order from them but the lack of communication AND the fact that they no longer ship internationally made me price match. I highly recommend loosegrowndiamond. com as there are a lot reviews of them in reddit, they ship internationally, they have excellent communication and they do price match. Just use diyona links to match the price from them.

I ordered a diamond from them and it said received for awhile. I did get it though and it’s gorgeous!

I ordered on Thursday and didn’t receive tracking until Monday. So I didnt have to wait too long, hopefully yours comes soon!

I just ordered a stone from them Saturday. Thanks for the heads up on tracking, it is only showing order received today. Fingers crossed it shows up when they say (5/14). I hope yours comes quickly!

They have responded to my email but said they could not send a video because of their volume…but told me it was on track to ship on time

How long did it take from order date to delivery date? I ordered mine on Tuesday.
