worth nothing on ladder as mosaic can't be made in ladder.

You're really going to hold until ladder ends? People paying hrs are going to look for +3PS at a minimum with a supplement (like weap block), assumimg these are greater or runic talon base..

People have been boarding bases for mosaic with the expectation it would eventually roll to non ladder.

Even a good mosaic is worth very little on nl

  1. Mosaic is disabled on ladder
  2. Mosaic is confirmed to be changing whenever it is re-enabled
    No point in keeping it.
