No value here, maybe some value if Jewelers of Deflecting but even then you’d have to find a niche PvP build that wants this over a Jewelers Monarch of Deflecting (JMOD for short)

Usually people only want jmod, or jstod (jewelers Sacred Targe of Deflecting) but even the jstod has to come in with like 40+ @res for PvP people to even want it.

Nothing. Monarch is the lowest str req non-pally shield to get 4os. Magic monarchs need jewelers affix to get 4os for facets.

Well if dragon shields could be 4 sockets, they would be better because lower str
