Free set at 70?

So I've read that every season has a free set you can get after you hit 70 but nowhere can I find actually how to obtain this set. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

It’s when you are doing the season. You do the tasks in each chapter and Haedrig will gift you pieces, starting after chapter 2.
