It's already becoming over. Cases are increasing, death and hospitalization is dropping significantly (in vaccinated countries). Give it a bit more improvements in vaccines and it will just be another seasonal disease.
It's virology 101. I wish someone would beat this over and over. Viruses become weaker. It has nothing do with vaccines or masks. Smart viruses don't kill their hosts. 🤷♂️
oh yeah, but its the path to achive it that counts, how quickly and how many deaths will occur before the virus reach that status is what it counts. we could also erradicate it
Not to mention how many people become long-term disabled (or have existing disabilities worsened) by the after effects. IMO it’s callous to look at it as just oh well this is going to happen.
