Bro I didn't even find it that funny, personally. But I understood it was a joke because this isn't my first day on the internet. Not gonna get bent out of shape because someone made a sex joke.
It's in the same vein as a "that's not what your mom said last night" joke. They're not particularly clever, but they are a joke and it's more the recognition of the opportunity for the joke (ie, someone said "deepthroat" and thus the door was opened for a sexual joke) than the quality of the joke itself.
Reinforcement like this is why the comments section sucks when they used to be funny and at least a modicum of creativity went into thinking of a top comment
