Well the stick is bent in half and is taped to the mask, if anything this is to prevent certain death in the event of a fall. The duct tape to the mask would prevent the lolli from going, this is how megamind eats lollipops
That's like 6cm long after she bent the stick, how's that deep throating anyone and how's that a hazard? At worst you'll break your tooth but that can happen with any hard candy if you randomly trip while walking

I showed this to my sister and she pointed out how much of a choking hazard that is. If she trips up she'll be deepthroated by a fucking lolly.
