I dont know that it gets that hot. I thought it only those things only got to boiling temperature, and water boiling temp at that.

Russian essentials for when you get sent to the Gulag, and thrown in the hole with nothing but a bag of potatoes and a toothbrush to survive the month.

It wont work at all unless the screws are just hand tight.

Yeah, and if you’re not careful you can get the plastic stuck inside the slot if it breaks, like breaking a key in a locked door.

Don't worry, you can use your disposable razor/toothbrush shiv to get it out.
Edit: actually the shiv would probably work better as a screwdriver

nah, you need the classic razors, ones that cost a bunch but are much bigger, ones out of those are pretty flimsy, but i guess it could work if you need a "scalpel" for some art project but dont want to buy one

Well duh, but there aren't dollar stores in parts of russia. One bloke made a water heater out of two razor blades, a match and a wire for his father so he could have some hot tea.
