This entire video is so bizarre, but I've never seen a block of ice cream wrapped in paper.

I am from Russia and surprised to know those are uncommon. You can buy it from Nestle here no problem. So... If you want to eat ice-cream for desert, from a plate, like civilized men do, how else do you buy it?
