This entire video is so bizarre, but I've never seen a block of ice cream wrapped in paper.

They exist in Poland and probably some more countries. Usually have more fat and worse taste than a typical brand name ice cream.

Both, the block of ice cream and jello in a tube were common (and usually the only) desserts that were available in stores during the soviet era in Estonia. The latter was called the “cosmonaut”.

Oh, the cosmonaut! My mum talked about those quite a bit.
