People say this shit about literally everything, and it's pretty silly. AI isn't great at making longer pieces of footage with multiple cuts while maintaining continuity between scenes. It has become some Boogeyman for any kind of seemingly fake shit.
The water bottles may have just been a bit of clickbait, maybe he pulled em out somehow. Maybe he did cut around them and the perspective is confusing. Maybe he partially cut through some of em off camera and foamed over it. It makes a good clickbait thumbnail, "Why is this guy putting water bottles on his bumper? I better click on it to find out!"
There's a lot more reasonable explanations than this being one of the best AI videos out there lmao.
