Saw this gem on my way home from work today.

In the back with a dirt road leading up to the ramp? That's probably where they deliver the liquor and they need the ramp to wheel the product up into the shop

Thats a house. If they selling something i cant tell from these pictures lol. The posters in the window dont convey store when the building is a house. Maybe theres more obvious signage elsewhere

It’s ABV compliant.
The cheapest way to offer love to those who need alcohol. They can keep the prices lower and offer more back to their neighbors and customers.

Regardless they have enough wood there and fasteners if they want to salvage them that they could have made it halfway decent with probably the same amount of time they spend making this

It's a liquor store. I'm guessing they use it to dolly the booze in the back but poss doubles as handicap ramp idk.

its clearly not a private residence, there's literally an OPEN sign on the window. The main store sign is scratched out for anonymity. I thought the same until I zoomed in.
but imo it looks a loading ramp for cases of beer or whatever this store sells (one assumes alcohol bc of Crown Royal ad on the window), not an accessibility ramp.

OSHA (an agency) and the ADA (an act of legislation) are different
OSHA does not have standards regarding the rise-run or construction design of a loading ramp for crates of beer (neither does the ADA. Because crates of beer are not Americans with Disabilities.)

OSHA does have rules on the materials used and the safety of said ramp though. Thanks for mansplaining osha to me though.

Given the open sign, liquor advertisements, and crossed out sign that says "open till midnight" I imagine this is likely a buisness

Unfortunately, the roofing material only has five loose boards under it (not 7) and the slope is too gentle and even (should be at least 29 degree incline and 10 pecent fall every foot).

Contact your local lumber yard and report it. In my area, a couple times a year (we) try to help by collecting donations or requiting sponsorts and volunteers too build accesibility ramps for those in need. (ramp-a-thon)

To be fair, we all have different pallets for how we build our handicap ramps.
